Life-centred dance-movement sessions are NOT focused on any specific dance style or form. They are an invitation to experience the power of expressive movement and posture to meet your physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. The movement comes from your own unique response to the music and to the facilitator's guidance. So it's not about learning steps. It's about using natural movement to promote joy and boost your sense of wellness, self-esteem, confidence and inner peace. The sessions can be done for your enjoyment, leisure or pleasure - or to enhance mental health, as well as balance, coordination and neural activity.
