About me |
About my work |
I am dedicated to fostering joy and inner peace through my sessions. My offerings aim to support individuals in maintaining their well-being, cultivating positivity, and fostering tranquility. Using the transformative power of music, I facilitate physical movement to invigorate the body, regulate emotions, and combat feelings of isolation by promoting human connection and meaningful interaction. Beyond movement, my sessions incorporate elements such as singing, drawing, writing, and poetry, providing a holistic approach to self-expression and personal enrichment.
With years of experience working across diverse educational, health, and community settings, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of groups, each contributing to my passion for creating inclusive spaces where individuals can thrive and find solace. My background is in music, education, community arts, counselling, community mental health, Eastern psychology and life-centred dance-movement. Qualifications: BAHons Music, Ad Dip Counselling, CCMH Mental Health, HND Community Arts, FAETCII Further & Adult Education, IBF Biocentric Dance Movement Facilitation Training & Teacher-Training |
