What is the evidence?
Recent research has shown that this specific life-centred system leads to a significant increase in emotional intelligence (PEI). In addition, research conducted in Germany and other countries has found significant improvements in overall health & wellbeing, stress management, self-confidence, interpersonal and social skills, inner peace, proactive and optimistic attitude towards life’s challenges, and in the ability to make plans and take the steps needed to achieve personal goals.
