Services
I offer movement to music sessions designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's disease. Together we will enjoy a sequence of movement to music exercises that are suitable for all stages of the condition. Everyone will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and adjust their own movements to accommodate any physical limitations.
Sessions are also planned to improve self-esteem and self-acceptance, thus contributing to overall emotional wellbeing. The aim is to provide a welcoming space where people with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions (i.e. essential tremor, multiple sclerosis, etc) can enjoy gentle and fun exercises that will increase body awareness and improve mobility and flexibility. Carers are expected to attend and to join in.
